Technical Department
Duties here include preparation of detailed bill of quantities and project evaluation as per design drawings and specifications.
Tender & Estimation Department
This section is constituted of costing engineers known for their excellence in negotiation, delivery and innovation.
Design & Drafting Department
This department consists of innovative Engineers and skilled draughtsman capable of delivering concept designs, engineering designs, shop drawings and as built drawings for all mechanical ventilation and air conditioning projects. The personnel in this section possess the requisite skills needed to design piping, ducts, cooling / heating loads etc.
Planning & Quantity Surveying
Duties in this division include preparation of take-off quantities and comparison of these quantities with the approved drawings for identification of any variation in quantity and dimensions. It provides accurate information on project schedules and constantly monitors activities in order to identify and eliminate the factors that could delay the project.
Work notifications are checked here in this section ensuring error-free monthly payment certificates.
Project Execution
Here the Duty team comprises of a project engineers at site assisted by supervisors and associate teams handling sheet metal ducting, thermal and acoustic insulation, piping, equipment installation, instrumentation and electrical work.
Activity chart indicating time frame and various constraints / hold points are made right in the beginning. The project progress is monitored with respect to man / material need and appropriate action is taken to meet dead lines.
Testing, Commissioning and Balancing
This section is constituted of testing and commissioning engineers along with technicians who check physical completeness of project, inspect all electrical work, dry run, commissioning, balancing and validate the system for design parameters.
